Design Thinking
He thinks that if you get a bunch of people together with different backgrounds then have them brain storm and build on each others ideas then creativity was endless. This guy is credited with the creation of many household items that we sometimes over look. David Kelly works at special facility at Stanford University. This is a great idea because it brings people together from different backgrounds to find solutions to problems by being creative. The most difficult part about creative problem solving is your background, that's why Kelly brings different people to work with.

I-Robots Taking Over The World
Technology is taking over jobs around the world not just in America. Its cheaper and more efficient to have a robot doing the work then the workforce. They have a robot that cost $22,000 and it last three years. When you look at the numbers it comes out to be around $3.49 an hour, which is around the same in China. Now people are starting to see the benefits of the robots in place where heavy lifting and distribution of goods is required. In hospitals they have robots that work with the nurses and doctors and other jobs like bringing patients food, getting medications or some other drug, or actually helping the doctor with complex surgeries. As it stands right now robots play a large role in our lives but that could change.

FLU
There are germs everywhere you go and on everything you touch and come in contact with regularly. The most important thing that you can do is wash your hand regularly, get into the spaces where you wouldn't wash normally like in-between your fingers. If you can't wash your hands then hand sanitizer works just as well. A company is making a product called glo-germ that under a black light will show you the germs on that object. This year the flu has been on the rise and about eighteen people have died and more that 2200 people have been hospitalized. You have to try and stay away from people that are coughing or sneezing. If you think you have the flu don't go around town like you would normally try and help stop the spread of the virus, and don't use antibiotics they only work against bacteria not viruses.

The Water phone and Phone Football
A new technology is being developed where you are able to drop your phone into the water and pull it out and it will work like new. There is a film of water proof material that covers your phone from top to bottom and in all of the tight spaces. With this new idea it opens an even bigger door to the possibilities for protecting our phones or enhancing our lives with them. An idea that I had was to have a football with a space to fight your phone. You are then able to throw your phone around without a care in the world. This is the best idea in human history.

Bath Salt and NYC Criminal System Clogged
The U.S Navy has had reports over the past few years about sailors getting high on a substance, bath salts. These bath salts are totally different from the normal baths salts used these have chemicals that are as dangerous as cocaine. Some of the cases are extremely brutal people killing each other, cases of "super human" strength. All of these chemicals were manufactured over seas until recently then the U.S band the production of these chemicals. In wake of Super Storm Sandy many areas effected by the storm have become hazardous. This also happened in New Orleans when hurricane Katrina flooded the city. The storage locker, which is massive were all of the evidence for criminal investigations are kept, is hazardous due to the overflow of sewage from the storm.

The idea that placing a microchip in a human being for identification is a great idea. People will be able to have their information on file in less then a second. At businesses they are using the chips as key cards to gain access to certain areas of the office space. This idea has already be used by veterinarians to track pets and to help find lost pets. Some people think that if we were to place these into humans then that would be unethical and wrong. I think its still a great idea because then it would cut down on the paper trail and therefore helps the environment. It would also help fight against identity theft because it would be harder to copy any information on the chip let alone the chip itself.

Shooting At Sandy Hook
Guns have been around in America before the U.S. was even formed. Its in our nature to protect our selves and guns aid us in that battle, but in today's environment they are not necessary. They need to get off the streets. There are over 300 million guns in the U.S. today a majority of those guns do not belong out there they are in the hands of the criminals. Sure you can go out and hunt for sport but there is almost no need to go hunt for food any more because of how industrialized our nation is. Another problem is the type of gun people are getting their hands on fully automatic rifles, and even though the supreme court and congress tried to make it so that normal citizens can not obtain or own one of these weapons they still do. Guns are too deep into our culture to ever get rid of them. The best we could do id top organized crimes and just the normal petty muggings because they are using guns.
